By accessing and placing an order with Growvia, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Growvia will not be responsible for damages arising from the use of our services. Prices and policies may change at any time.

Subscription Policy

Growvia may allow Customers to access certain features of the Website for a monthly recurring fee (“Subscription”). Subscriptions are personal, non-transferrable, and not-for-resale.

By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring fee at the then-current rate until you cancel your Subscription. Subscriptions continue until canceled by you or terminated by Growvia in accordance with these Terms.

Automatic Renewal

Once subscribed, Growvia (or our payment processor) will automatically charge your Subscription fee on each renewal date. This continues until you cancel your subscription.

Subscription Cancellation

Canceling disables automatic renewal but you retain access for the remainder of your current period. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Money-Back Guarantee

Growvia offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers who purchase directly on our website.

Requirements for a refund:

• Contact support@growvia.org within 7 days of purchase.
• Provide proof of purchase.

Important: Only fulfillment of the above requirements allows a full voluntary refund. This guarantee does NOT apply to:

• Personal reasons (product dissatisfaction, unmet expectations, etc.)
• Financial reasons (unexpected charges, trial conversion, auto-renewals, or any paid service fees)
